Terms of Service
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Marvo, the AI calling and answering service operated by Anqor Studios L.L.C-FZ ("Marvo", "we", "us"), Meydan Grandstand, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the service or signing an order form you ("Customer") agree to them. If you use Marvo for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1. The service
Marvo uses AI to call a Customer's leads quickly, work through lead lists, answer inbound calls, book appointments, send confirmations and reports, and pass the leads who are ready to the Customer's team. We may improve, change or replace features. A trial or pilot may be offered on the terms stated when it is offered.
2. Set-up and what the assistant says
The Customer provides the information the assistant uses and approves what it may say. The assistant works only from that approved material. The Customer must review its scripts, offers and booking rules and tell us promptly about anything wrong. AI can misunderstand or misspeak, and the Customer is responsible for checking that what it is set up to say is accurate.
3. Countries and local rules
Marvo is used in different countries, and each has its own rules on calling, consent, recording and personal data. For every country we support we issue a country schedule that lists the main local rules the Customer must follow and the settings Marvo applies for it, such as calling hours, consent, do-not-call lists, recording, AI disclosure, caller identity and data protection. The Customer may use Marvo to call only in countries for which a schedule has been issued to it, and the schedule forms part of the agreement. Where local law is stricter than these terms or the schedule, local law applies.
4. Calling responsibly
The Customer is responsible for calling lawfully. In particular the Customer must:
- have a lawful basis, and where required the person's consent, to call, message and record each lead;
- load only numbers it is entitled to call, and respect do-not-call registers and opt-outs;
- call only in the countries, at the hours and with the caller identity that the law and its telecom provider allow;
- make sure people are not misled into thinking they are speaking to a human: Marvo's assistant is built to say it is an AI when asked, and the Customer must not instruct it otherwise;
- follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
Marvo provides controls such as country locks, calling hours, do-not-call lists, daily limits and a stop button. They help, but they are not legal advice, and the Customer remains responsible for how it uses the service.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, the billing period and any usage charges for calls, numbers, messages and recordings are set out in the order form or the price we agree in writing. Charges from telephone carriers and other third parties are passed on only where the order says so. Invoices are due within 14 days unless the order says otherwise. Fees exclude taxes. We may suspend the service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
6. Customer data and privacy
The Customer keeps its rights in the data it provides and the records the service creates for it. We process personal data for the Customer under the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms. Our own use of data about website visitors is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Our property
Marvo, its software, designs, prompts, templates and documentation belong to us or our licensors. We give the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the term. The Customer may not copy it, resell it or reverse engineer it, unless a written reseller agreement says so.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only for this agreement and protect it with reasonable care, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is public through no fault of the recipient.
9. No guarantee of results
We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any call will be answered, or that any number of leads, bookings or sales will result. The service depends on third-party telephone and AI providers outside our control.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees the Customer paid us for the service in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Customer indemnity
The Customer will defend and compensate us for claims, fines and costs arising from its leads' data or from calls it directs in breach of law, of these terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice, or immediately for the other's material breach that is not fixed within 10 days of notice. We may suspend calling at once where we reasonably believe it breaks the law or the Acceptable Use Policy or harms people or our carriers. On termination the Customer's data is returned or deleted as the Data Processing Addendum says. Sections that should survive, such as liability and confidentiality, do.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law, and subject to the courts, that the order form names. If it names none, they are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Rules of local law that cannot be varied by contract, including those in the country schedule, still apply.
14. General
These terms, the order form, any country schedule, the Data Processing Addendum and the Acceptable Use Policy are the whole agreement. If they conflict, the order form comes first, then the country schedule, then the Data Processing Addendum for personal data, then these terms. We may update these terms; for existing customers material changes apply at renewal or after 30 days' notice. Notices go to the email addresses each party gives. Contact: hello@marvo.cc.
